Discounts by Email 

It's possible your discount code was sent to a promotions or spam folder in your email. Please check there first. Generally you should expect to receive an email asking you to opt-in to our newsletter. Clicking the link in that email will direct you to our website where your discount will be automatically added at checkout. In some cases you may receive an additional email containing a discount code.

It's also possible that when you entered your email, that it was mistyped, so please try signing up again if possible.

Discounts by SMS

Discounts via SMS signups are delivered via SMS text message after you opt-in to receive our SMS messages.

Please check your "Unknown Contacts" or similar folders on your messaging app to make sure our text hasn't been placed there. You should receive a text asking you to opt-in with Y or YES. After you reply with Y or YES you will receive your code, or a link that will automatically apply your discount at checkout.
