Yes, our gemstones are real! We take gem selection and sourcing seriously and offer a wide array of the finest genuine stones. We have an in-house gemologist and only purchase from reputable sources.

Are your gemstones real?

Most of our jewelry is 14KT flash gold plated brass and turning shouldn't occur for a long time. To help prolong the plating, we recommend avoiding contact with lotions and sprays, as well as removing the jewelry when interacting with water.

Does your jewelry tarnish or turn green?

All of our jewelry is lead and nickel free! A trick some people use on post earrings is a little clear nail polish. It doesn't always work for everyone and it's mainly meant for post earrings. You only need a little clear polish and give it time to dry before inserting in your piercing.

Is your jewelry nickel and lead free?

DOMESTIC RETURNS
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges purchased directly from Luna Norte. You must return item(s) to the original place of purchase if you purchased from one of our retail partners.

To Submit a Return Request

1. Log in to your account: https://account.lunanorte.co/.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

INTERNATIONAL REQUESTS

Due to the high cost of return shipping we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

How do I return / receive a refund?

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 5pm (PST). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 1pm (PST) on Friday will ship the following week. All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested.

Current Rates for shipments within the United States:
Standard Shipping (7-10 business days): $7.00
Priority Shipping (3-5 business days): $15.00
Orders over $50: Free standard U.S. shipping.
Luna Norte is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We are currently shipping to Canada, UK, and most EU nations (except Ireland and Portugal).
International Shipping via DHL Express or by DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct (delivery time varies depending on destination).
Please note: DHL requires recipients to sign for International deliveries.
Rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note: We do not currently offer free shipping to addresses outside of the United States.

How do I request assistance with my order?

Thanks for visiting our Order Tracking Center! If you are not receiving status updates about your order, they may be going to a different email address than you intended. To correct this, please contact customersupport@lunanorte.co with the following information:
