Tracking Your Order & Missing PackagesUpdated 8 months ago

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is ready to ship.


Track your order here by entering the email or phone number associated with your account. You can also track your order via your account. If you have purchased using the Shop app, you should also find your order and tracking information there.


Tracking Updates


Once your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with an update that includes tracking information for your packages. Please note that this status update happens as soon as we print a shipping label, and your package may take a few more days to begin tracking with the shipping service provider.


Missing Packages

If you have not received your package even though your tracking status is marked as “Delivered” please try checking with neighbors first or other areas around your home that the package may have been left.

Please note that some services may mark packages as ‘Delivered’ prematurely on rare occasions, even before they have made the delivery.

If possible, please allow a couple of days to pass to give the package an opportunity to show up.
