How long does my order take to ship?Updated 8 months ago

Luna Norte ships packages from our San Diego, California location to all customers worldwide. Shipping time will vary by both the shipping provider, and method, and your distance from us. There are other factors outside of our control once we hand off your packages to a delivery service so please be patient as your package makes its way to you.

We ship packages Monday through Friday with the exception of U.S. holiday's.

Please note that tracking status for your package may not update for several days until after you receive notice that your package has shipped.

Also, keep in mind that we assemble many of our items in our San Diego studio and this may add to the time it takes to process and ship your order.
