How to use a coupon Code?

At checkout, enter your code into the “Discount code” field under the Summary of your order. Then click “APPLY.”

Add a code to the Discount code field, and click Apply

What should I do if my code doesn’t work?

There may be several reasons a code may not work, or may not work for all items in your cart:

• The discount code may be restricted to apply to only certain items.
  • This is why some items may not show a discount, while others in your cart do.
• Certain items may not be eligible for discounts:
  • Gift Cards, for example
• The discount may not combine with other discount codes or automatic discounts.

In the case of automatically applied discounts, you may want to remove any discount codes.

• Sale items
  • Some items marked as ‘Sale’ may sometimes be ineligible for additional discounts.

FIXES: Clear all discounts from the discount field by clicking the X next to the added discount, and enter only the discount code that will give you the best discount on your purchase. This may require removing all discount codes from an order in the case of automatically applied discounts.

I have multiple promo codes, can I use them all towards the same purchase?

Generally only one promo code can be used per purchase, however sometimes discounts will combine to provide an additional discount. If you have two codes that do not work together, please choose the code that will give you the best discount.

Some promo codes may only be used once per customer unless otherwise specified. If you’re having troubles using your promo code, please contact us and we can find a solution for you!

Please note that many discounts do not require a code and may be applied automatically when you checkout.
